I. PURPOSE
To ensure efficient sales operations, CUKCUK requires device activation before use. This helps prevent restaurants from exceeding the allowed number of devices, which may lead to revenue loss or service disruption.
II. INSTRUCTION STEPS
Step 1: First-Time Login on POS
Log in to the POS using your Username and Password.
If the device has not been activated, the system will display the warning “This device has not been activated. Plesase double-check”.

Step 2: Activate the Device on the management page
- Log in to the management page.
- From the navigation menu, select Subscription / Devices.
- Find the device you just logged in with.
- Click Activate.

Step 3: Log in Again
After successful activation, log in again on the device and start using it.

III. NOTES
1. Rename Device (Optional)
You can rename a device for easier tracking:
- Select the device.
- Edit the name in the Device name field.
- Click Save.

2. Exceeding Device Limit
If your restaurant activates more devices than allowed, the system will display the warning: The number of devices in use has reached its limit. Please register more to avoid disruptions

3. Delete a Deactivated Device
If a device has been deactivated and you want to remove it:
- Select the device name.
- Click Delete.

- Click OK to confirm deletion.
