3. Set Application Conditions & Limitations
3.1. Application Conditions
Choose one of the following logic types to determine when the promotion becomes active:
1. No condition requirement
The discount is applied to every eligible bill automatically, regardless of the total amount or items purchased.
2. Total amount in a bill
The discount only becomes valid once the bill’s subtotal reaches a specific minimum threshold.
- How to configure:
- Select Total amount in a bill.
- Enter the minimum required amount in the input field (e.g.,
$50.00).
- Best for: Encouraging customers to spend more to unlock a reward (e.g., “Spend $50 to get 10% off”).

3. Required quantity
The discount is triggered only when a specific item or a specific quantity of items is included in the order.
- How to configure:
- Select Required quantity.
- Click the Search items field to find the specific product.
- Or click Approve to add the item to the condition list.
- Check the applicable items and click Select.

- Enter the required number in the Quantity column.

- Best for: Promoting specific menu items or bundles (e.g., “Buy 3 Burgers to get a free drink”).
3.2. Limitations
To protect your profit margins and prevent promotion abuse, you can enable the following constraints:
1. Global Usage Limit
- Setting:
Limit the total number of times this discount can be used - Function: Sets a maximum cap on how many times the promotion can be redeemed across your entire restaurant/system.
- Example: “Only the first 100 customers can use this code.”
2. Maximum Discount Cap per Bill
- Setting:
Maximum discount amount on bill - Function: Limits the actual dollar amount the customer can save on a single transaction, even if the percentage calculation would result in a higher number.
- Example: A 10% discount with a $25 cap. If a customer’s bill is $300, the 10% discount is $30, but the system will only apply $25.
3. Per-Customer Usage Limit
- Setting:
Number of times guest can apply this reward - Function: Restricts how many times a single customer (identified by their profile/contact info) can redeem the same promotion.
- Example: “This coupon can only be used once per customer.”

3.3. Select Applicable Sales Channels
Define where the promotion will be active and visible:
| Sales Channel | Use | Display |
