I. Purpose
Restaurant managers can configure menu visibility based on specific time frames, allowing different menus to be displayed at different times of the day.
II. Instructions
1. On the dashboard
Step 1: Create a Menu Book
- Go to Menu.
- Open the Menu book tab.
- Click Add menu book to create a new menu time frame.

- Enter the menu book name.
- Select the time frame.
- (Optional) Check Apply by date and select a specific date if needed.
- Click Save to store the configuration.

Step 2: Add Items to the Menu Book
- Click Add item.

- Select the items you want to include.
- Click Select to add the selected items to the menu book.

If you want to add more items later, click Select item and repeat the steps above. Click Save to apply all changes.

The menu book is now created and ready to use.
2. On POS
When creating an order within a configured time frame, the system will only display the items assigned to that menu.

If the cashier wants to select items not included in the current menu:

- Click More
- Select Menu book

- Choose the desired menu
- Click Done

- Proceed to select items based on the customer’s order.

Note: Switching the menu book will apply only to the current order. Subsequent orders will continue to follow the menu assigned to the configured time frame.
