I. PURPOSE
The customers can place orders and make payments directly at the kiosk without waiting to be served.
II. INSTRUCTION STEPS
Step 1: On the management page, go to No-contact Ordering / Kiosk / Settings.
Step 2: Select the Appearance tab and click Edit.
- Update images or videos. The system displays 3 default images, and you can add or remove images as needed.
- Set up your restaurant logo and primary brand color to be displayed on the kiosk.
Click Save after completing the setup.
Step 3: Select the Order tab and click Edit.
- By default, the kiosk displays two service options: Dine-in and Takeaway. You can modify these options if needed.
- Enter quick suggestions to help customers place orders more easily.
- Choose the customer information you want to collect.
Click Save.
Step 4: Select the Payment tab and click Edit to configure payment methods.
By default, both Credit Card and Cash are enabled.
Step 5: Language Setup
Select the Language tab and click Edit to choose the language displayed on the kiosk.
