Set up printers for Kitchen/Bar and Cashier using PC/POS

The manager can set to select an installed printer for use by:

• The Cashier (to print provisional bills and receipts), and
• The Kitchen/Bar (to print preparation orders, if a printer is used in the kitchen/bar).

The system also allows you to customize print templates, including:

• Receipt templates
• Kitchen order templates

On the main screen, select Settings.

Choose Printers & Print Templates.

In the section Set up printer and print template for cashier, select the printer assigned to the cashier.

If the printer has not been installed yet, install it by:

• Running the printer’s installation file directly, or
• Adding the printer via Devices and Printers in Windows.

Click Test Print to check whether the receipt template appears correctly.
Adjust the settings if necessary.

To set up a printer for the Kitchen/Bar, follow the same steps as above.
