I. PURPOSE
The restaurants can quickly and easily import food items, drinks, modifiers, and tax rates all in one file.
II. INSTRUCTION STEPS
On the management page, go to Menu and select Menu POS/QR Ordering. Click Import and then click here to download the template file.

This Excel file contains 4 sheets: Example, Taxes, Modifiers, and Menu. The Example sheet provides guidance on how to enter the information.

Before adding items to the menu, please enter taxes and modifier groups. In the Taxes sheet, fill in the tax name and tax rate. If you want to set it as the default tax, mark an “x”. Leave it blank if not.

In the Modifiers sheet, enter the name of the modifier group and the modifiers within this group along with their prices (if any). Mark an “x” in the Default column if the modifier is frequently ordered, or in the Inactive column if the modifier is no longer in use.

For sales channels, only mark an “x” for the channel that the restaurant does not sell in.

In the Menu sheet, click the dropdown arrow to select the item type. Then fill in the other information for the item. Note that you cannot enter the tax name or modifier group directly in this sheet. If you need to add a new tax or modifier group, enter them in the Modifiers or Taxes sheet first, then return to the Menu sheet to select them.

After adding all items to the menu, go back to the management page to import the completed file. Click Select to choose the import file, then click Proceed to go to the next step.

In the Import results step, the system will display the number of menu items, taxes, and modifier categories imported successfully or unsuccessfully.

Have a nice day!
