The management page is where restaurant owners build and manage their POS system. Users are allowed to add or edit settings to suit their restaurant operations, such as creating menus, registering employees, and assigning roles/permissions, etc.
To log in to the management page from a web browser, users should use a desktop or laptop computer to access the system, as it provides a faster response compared to tablets or mobile devices.
I. LOGIN
After a customer successfully registers for a CUKCUK restaurant management software account, they will receive login credentials consisting of a username and an administrator password.
Note: Only those with administrative rights can log in to the management page. Users can view employee details if the restaurant owner grants permission for other users to log in to the management page.
II. STEPS TO LOG IN TO THE MANAGEMENT PAGE
Step 1: Open a web browser and access the Backend login page.
Step 2: Enter your Username and Password.
Note: If the restaurant owner forgets the password, click Forgot Password for assistance.
Step 3: Click Login.
