The Dashboard provides a summary of sales activities taking place at the restaurant/café on the POS system. Restaurant owners can remotely monitor all ongoing business operations, the number of customers currently at the venue, daily or weekly revenue, and even detailed statistics on best-selling items to help adjust the menu according to customer preferences.
Restaurant owners can access the management page by clicking General report in the navigation menu. The Dashboard content includes four main sections:
- Daily operation
- Order
- Estimated sales
- guests
Additionally, managers can click the icon
to view detailed information that is automatically updated throughout the day.
I. DAILY OPERATION
This section helps restaurant managers understand daily sales performance, including total collections, number of paid orders, active orders, canceled orders, estimated revenue, and total number of dine-in customers.

With CUKCUK’s reporting system, restaurant owners can instantly monitor ongoing business operations, including the number of orders, number of customers at the restaurant, and estimated daily revenue by payment method. Owners can even drill down to see details for each item sold.

II. SALES
Revenue is the primary and most important factor affecting a restaurant’s profitability. It allows restaurant owners to evaluate business performance and reflects the results of goods and service consumption over a specific period of time.
