I. PURPOSE
To facilitate smooth sales operations, CUKCUK allows device activation before use.
II. INSTRUCTION STEPS
Step 1: Log in to the POS for the first time using your Username and Password.
The system will display the warning: “This device has not been activated. Please double-check.”

Step 2: Access the Back-end login page and from the navigation menu:
- Select Subscription/Devices
- Find the device you just logged in with and click Activate

Step 3: After successful activation, log in to the device again and start using it.

III. NOTES
- To rename a device for easier tracking:
- Select the device you want to rename
- Enter the new name in the Device name field
- Click Save

2. If your restaurant activates more devices than allowed:
The system will display the warning: “The number of devices in use has reached its limit. Please register more to avoid disruptions.”

3. To remove a deactivated device from the application:
Select the device name and click Delete

A confirmation message will appear – choose OK to proceed with deleting the device.
