Add open items to an order

I. Purpose

Help staff add items that are not listed on the menu, including non-food and non-beverage items, to an order when requested by customers.

II. Instruction Steps

To add an item that is not listed on the menu:

1. On the Order entry screen, select Open item.
2. Enter all required item information, then tap Done.
3. The added item appears in the order, as shown in the image below.
