To issue and use e-Gift card, please follow these steps:
1. Install e-Gift card
Go to Applications and click Install at e-Gift card.
Click Install.
Turn on Publish e-Gift card. Copy the link to share it with the guests or download QR Code to place it at the restaurant.
2. Set up e-Gift card
a. Set up card value
The program defaults some suggested card values. You can edit by clicking this icon 
Enter minimum load amount if applicable. Click Save.
If your restaurant sets expiry date and PIN code for e-Gift card, click this icon and set up. Then, click Save.
b. Set up template
On Templates tab, click this icon
Select a template you want to use. You also can upload your own image by clicking Add image. Then, click Save.
c. Set up promotion programs
On Promotions tab, click Add promotion.
Fill in the promotion information. Then, click Save.
If you want to end a promotion program, select that program and click Inactive.
3. Buy e-Gift card
The guest scans the QR Code and visits the e-Gift card page.
Select a suggested value or click Custom to enter the value the guest wants to buy.
Enter the recipient’s information and the sender’s information. Click Continue.
If there’s any promo code, enter the code and click Apply.
Click Continue to payment.
And it’s done.
4. Top up e-Gift card
Go to Top up tab, enter the existing card information and click Apply. Then, click Continue.
Proceed payment.
5. Check balance
Go to Check balance tab, enter the existing card information and click Check balance.
