I. PURPOSE
CUKCUK provides various options that allow users to customize system settings according to the restaurant’s management needs and actual business operations.
II. INSTRUCTION STEPS
| Setting | Description |

| 1. Currency Setup | Allows the restaurant owner to change the currency used in the system if it is different from the default currency (USD). |
| 2. Date & Time Format | Helps standardize how date and time are displayed in reports, making it easier to review revenue and business performance reports. |
| 3. Fee, Tax & Gratuity Setup | Enables the restaurant to configure pricing policies, fees, taxes, and gratuity. Depending on the configuration, related purchasing and sales screens and functions will change accordingly. |
| 4. Work Shift Setup | Allows the restaurant to set up work shifts so cashiers can select the correct shift when taking over at the beginning of their shift. Managers can track opening cash, in-shift revenue, and closing handover amounts. |
| 5. Document Numbering Rules | Allows managers to configure numbering rules for daily, monthly, or yearly closing. It also helps quickly record invoice numbers and order numbers. |
| 6. Email Setup | Configure email settings for system notifications and communication purposes. |
