Set up automatic application of promotions based on the selected time frame

I. Purpose

The restaurant manager can set up the automatic application of promotion programs based on selected time frames.

II. Instruction steps

1. On the management page

Go to Promotion and click Add.

Enter the promotion program name, select the applicable time frame, tick the desired days and applicable times (if any).

Choose either percentage or fixed amount discount. Tick Automatically apply this promotion program upon checking out.

Then, click Save to save the settings.

Note:

• The manager can set up automatic application of promotion programs based on selected time frames for the following types of programs: Free item, Discount by item, and Discount by bill.
• If the promotion program has additional conditions, it cannot be automatically applied based on the time frame.

2. On POS

When processing payment, the system will automatically apply the promotion program according to the pre-set time frame.
