I. PURPOSE
The restaurant can adjust the tip amount if the wrong tip was entered during payment.
II. INSTRUCTION STEPS
On POS, click Transactions.
Go to order which requires tip adjustment. Click this icon
and select Adjust tip.
On Adjust amount window, enter tip amount. Click Done to update tip.
Note: If you select Add tip, the tip amount will be added to the previously entered tip. If you select Adjust tip, the system will remove the incorrectly entered tip and update the amount after adjustment.
