If the pax terminal cannot be connected, check the connection and reconnect it.

If you have already connected but still cannot process payments, please check the following:
- Are the POS and the PAX terminal on the same network?
- Is the POS turned on?
- Is the PAX terminal set to External mode and using TCP/IP as the connection method?
If all the above is correct and the PAX terminal still does not work, please contact Support.
