I. PURPOSE
The cashiers can use the cash drawer for receiving and dispensing customers’ cash.
II. CÁC BƯỚC THỰC HIỆN
1. Thiết lập kết tiền với POS
- Mở ứng dụng POS bằng thiết bị của bạn
- Từ menu điều hướng, chọn Settings/General settings
- Chọn Open drawer upon collecting payment by cash
II. INSTRUCTION STEPS
1. Set up the cash drawer with POS
- Open the POS application on your device
- From the navigation menu, select Settings > General settings
- Select Open drawer upon collecting payment by cash
- Click Open drawer. A PIN code entry form will appear for quick login
2. Payment
- Create an order
- On the payment screen, choose the Cash payment method
- Click Pay. The connected cash drawer will automatically open upon payment
III. NOTES
1. On the Transaction/Receipt, when selecting Refund by cash:
-
- If the user has Cash drawer permission: Clicking Yes, refund it will automatically open the cash drawer.

- If the user does not have Cash drawer permission: The system will only allow Refund without the ability to open the drawer
2. Opening the drawer is not yet supported when adding tips from customers
3. If the user does not have Cash drawer permission, choosing to open the drawer will display a quick login PIN code entry form.
