I. Purpose
Help restaurants confirm orders from DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats.
II. Instruction Steps
After a customer successfully places an order on DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats, the cashier receives an order confirmation notification on the sales screen.
Click the notification icon 
to view new orders.
Alternatively, select the Orders Hub tab to receive and process orders.
Follow the steps below to process orders:
1. Need Approval
The Need Approval tab displays all orders awaiting confirmation.
Select an order and click Approve to confirm it.
2. Scheduled
The Scheduled tab displays confirmed orders.
- Click Fire now to send the order to the Kitchen/Bar for preparation immediately.
- Click Fire later if the customer has requested a scheduled delivery. Select the time to send the order to the kitchen, then click Done.
3. Active
The Active tab displays orders that have been sent to the kitchen.
Click Order ready when the order has been prepared and is ready for delivery or pickup.
4. Order Ready
The Order ready tab displays orders that are ready for delivery or pickup.
To proceed with delivery, complete the required actions on the corresponding platform.
5. Completed
Once the delivery staff marks the order as completed or the customer confirms pickup, the order moves to the Completed tab.
This tab also displays canceled orders.
